i got banned dont know why

hello i now realised i posted first post in cs go accidently,i wana know why i got banned from server  i played before on this server and recently returned ,i played fy snow map and i got banned ,Matke was one of moderatos online he said me to get here before ban some pictures he sended me i dont understand he is from serbia also.so i wana reply and know exactly why
